There are some dead windows, usually with some error, which could not be closed, havent a close button, how to kill them?

I have tried, CRTL+C, CTRL+D,CRTL+E, right amiga+Q and nothing happens, only minimize or reboot.

Yes, Ctrl+\ will close a Shell window that’s waiting on input, but if it’s a situation where a command has been launched from the shell and isn’t responding, you need to close the launched program before the window will close. If a program has crashed, there is no “clean” way to close its window. Some hacks exist that let you kill “dead” windows like that but they can seriously affect system stability.

The way to close a console window is to type control-backslash to send the end of file character.
